Ministry Event Coordinator and Assistant

St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church has an opening for a full-time ministry event coordinator and assistant. This position is primarily responsible for assisting parish ministries in all aspects of planning and executing events. Duties include assisting the accounts receivable administrative assistant in managing funds received from parish events and other sources. Qualified candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English) both oral and written, have an associates degree in finance or a related field, provides exceptional customer service and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.
