Catholic Construction Services, Inc.Catholic Construction Services, Inc. Mr. George Barrie, President Catholic Construction Services, Inc. was established by the Archdiocese of Atlanta in July of 1997 to manage real estate acquisitions or dispositions and the design/construction of all parish and school large capital improvements. In December of 2009, the office of Planning and Facilities was established to bring continuity to the plans of individual parishes and overall Archdiocesan plans in that area of the Archdiocese. In general, parish and/or school large capital improvement plans must be reviewed by the office of Planning and Facilities to assure compatibility with overall Archdiocesan planning and the plans of other parishes or schools in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, there is a preliminary financial review to determine if a given project is financially feasible for the parish or school. Upon establishing that these preliminary reviews are favorable the parish or school can move forward with Catholic Construction Services, Inc.
