Archdiocese Large Capital Process Overview
At the highest level, the recommended process for large capital projects
is divided into eight steps. This Web Site helps the parishes with the first
2 steps, Parish Conceptual Project Approval, needed to obtain
the Archbishop’s approval for a large project. After this approval, CCSI
along with an architect and general contractor will help provide project
management to proceed with the other six steps of the process.
Please note: There is a great deal of planning and preparation,
by the parish and its committees, before ever submitting forms to receive
the approval from the Archbishop.

the steps to be included in evaluating and constructing a major capital
project.
