Archdiocese Large Capital Process Overview

At the highest level, the recommended process for large capital projects is divided into eight steps. This Web Site helps the parishes with the first 2 steps, Parish Conceptual Project Approval, needed to obtain the Archbishop’s approval for a large project. After this approval, CCSI along with an architect and general contractor will help provide project management to proceed with the other six steps of the process.

Please note: There is a great deal of planning and preparation, by the parish and its committees, before ever submitting forms to receive the approval  from the Archbishop.

The following chart is the Outline of the Large Capital Process which reflects the steps to be included in evaluating and constructing a major capital project.
