Blessed Trinity Catholic High School of Roswell, Georgia, is accepting applications for the position of Director of Development. The director supervises a three-person office that includes an assistant and Director of Alumni and Grants. The director plans and implements fundraising efforts that include major gifts, annual giving, capital campaigns, and planned giving. Other duties include working with other development/admissions personnel in the school in the areas of foundation and corporate support, alumni relations, communications, and marketing.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and three years experience in development-related activities
  • Proven track record leading fundraising campaigns
  • Experience in organizing volunteer support
  • Proven skills in management, interpersonal, written communication, and strategic planning
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Raisers Edge software a plus.

The Archdiocese of Atlanta seeks a high-energy, bilingual, cross-cultural, Associate Director for Inculturation Ministry to serve as part of the Office of Formation and Discipleship department.  This position is responsible for working with other ministries within the department, and parishes, to ensure that our ministry frameworks foster and enable multicultural approaches.  The ideal candidate will have been immersed in the Hispanic/Latino experience in the United States, be completely fluent in English and Spanish, have a Master’s Degree or equivalent in theology, ministry, or a related discipline.  Experience with Asian, African-American, and Brazilian cultures is a plus.  People with at least five years parish-based ministry experience (especially in the area of youth ministry) are encouraged to apply.  This position reports to the department director, but applicants must enjoy a collaborative, fast-paced, changing atmosphere.
