Collaboratively with the director of Wellness and Vitality, determines appropriate in service education for care partners, according to State regulations, and schedules these accordingly. Completes the community-wide assigned Relias training and determines additional trainings to be assigned for care partners in the PCH/Assisted Living. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable regarding rules and regulations for proxy caregivers and resident care, responsible for conducting all new Personal Care/Assisted Living resident assessments and re-assessments, maintains knowledge of each resident’s condition and any changes that occur, necessitating a change in the service plan. Completes on-line Incident Command training (FEMA). Participates/prepares care partners for Incident Command situations like snow and ice storms, tornado drills, missing resident drills.
