The Archdiocese of Baltimore has an opening for Director of Hispanic Ministries whom has responsibility and authority for the day-to-day operation of the Office of Hispanic Ministries. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that the Archbishop and Vicar Bishops are well informed on the issues, concerns, and trends that affect the Hispanic community and to take action as needed on those issues, concerns or trends. That person is also a voice for the Hispanic community to diocesan and parish structures. The position has full program responsibilities and decision-making authority but always with and in the spirit of pastoral de Conjunto (collaborative, interdependent, co-responsible ministry with lay people and pastoral agents). The Director reports to the Vicar of the Seton Vicariate.
