Forming Better Altar Servers Workshop

Put on by the Archdiocesan Office of Divine Worship, this one day, four hour workshop will offer suggestions on how any parish might improve the way it coordinates its Altar Server Program, and how it trains its Altar Servers in general. The workshop is designed specifically for Priests, Deacons or Lay People who are in charge of their parish’s Altar Server Program. The workshop will provide hands on practical advice, useful materials, and fresh ideas to improve the morale and the skills of your Altar Servers. No matter how excellent your parish Altar Server Program may be, you will find new ideas and support for improving that program. This year, the Archdiocesan Office of Worship will offer this workshop at Saint Joseph Parish on 87 Lacy Street, NW, in Marietta, on Saturday, April 12, 2008.
