Professional Development ProgramProfessional Development Program (PDP) in the Office of Formation & Discipleship exists to provide support for the novice, mid-level, and senior parish leaders in the career-long process of learning new and enhanced skills to achieve the highest possible level of effectiveness and performance. The PDP also oversees the Archdiocesan catechetical certification process.
