Welcome to the website for the Office of Catholic Schools!

The Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Atlanta contribute to the education and evangelization of students and their families via rigorous academic preparation directed by a Catholic worldview. The growing Catholic population in North Georgia continues to provide robust enrollment in the majority of our schools.

During the 2023-2024 school year, over 10,500 students are enrolled in our 16 Archdiocesan and seven Independent Catholic Schools. In addition, our 25 parish preschool programs serve approximately 2,500 children in programs located throughout the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

The mission statement for Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Atlanta states, “Our schools are committed to providing an excellent education in an environment of spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical formation in accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. The Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Atlanta serve a vital role in the evangelizing and educational mission of the Church.”

Let us show you what a Catholic Education can do for your children as well as your entire family!
