The leaders of various faiths joined in prayer Thursday, June 21, 2007 for
an Interfaith Day of Prayer. In the Light of Love was a day of prayer for wisdom
and compassion in Immigration Reform. Prayers were presented by Monsignor Luis
Zarama, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Atlanta, Imam Plemon El-Amin, Faith
Alliance of Metro Atlanta President and Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam, Rabbi Scott
Saulson, Jewish Community Chaplain, Reverend Jill Morehouse Lum, Central Presbyterian
Church.
